From Saturday 17 to Sunday 25 October 2026 Castello Colonna in Genazzano hosts the first International Biennial of Contemporary Art “Dentro l’Oro” (Inside Gold). The show brings together 183 Italian and international artists, with works of painting, sculpture, photography, graphic art, video art, installations and poetry, all devoted to gold and its symbolic and cultural meanings.
The vernissage, with the ribbon cutting and official opening, is on Saturday 17 October at 5:00 PM; the finissage is on Sunday 25 October at 5:00 PM. The exhibition is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Admission is free.
It is organised by the Associazione Culturale Studio 5 Progetto Creativo and the Municipality of Genazzano.
