On Sunday 1 November 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Antico Forno di Jenne (the village’s old bakery) hosts a workshop on Tortiglioni, Jenne’s traditional biscuit, recognised as a regional traditional food product and made from two intertwined doughs, one plain and one with cocoa. The initiative is part of the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park programme and is designed for families and children.
