On Sunday 8 November 2026, from 10am to 3pm, Casa Ahimsa returns to Monte Livata with a day of forest bathing: a slow, mindful immersion in the woods along trail 672/C of the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park. The route is a short loop of under 6 km.
The meeting point is on Viale dei Ciclamini, in front of the Santissima Trinità church. The fee is 20 euros. Participants should bring a mat, a sleeping bag, a reusable cup, an eye mask or small towel, and a waterproof sheet.
