On Sunday 25 October 2026, from 10am to 3pm, Casa Ahimsa offers a day of forest bathing at Monte Livata: a slow, mindful immersion in the woods along trail 672/C of the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park. The route is a short loop of under 6 km, right in the middle of the autumn foliage.
The meeting point is on Viale dei Ciclamini, in front of the Santissima Trinità church. The fee is 20 euros. Participants should bring a mat, a sleeping bag, a reusable cup, an eye mask or small towel, and a waterproof sheet.
