On Friday 30 October 2026, at 6:00 PM, Pierluigi’s birthplace in Palestrina hosts “Intersezioni - I linguaggi della chitarra moderna” (“Intersections - The languages of the modern guitar”), a concert by guitarist Stefano Palamidessi in the concert series of the “Licinio Refice” Conservatory of Frosinone, hosted by the Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina Foundation.
The programme features music by Heitor Villa-Lobos, Dusan Bogdanovic, Eduardo Sainz de la Maza, Marek Pasieczny and Guinga: a journey through Brazil, Spain and Eastern Europe in the guitar repertoire of the twentieth century and today.
