From the early afternoon of Friday 6 to the early afternoon of Sunday 8 November 2026, Monte Livata hosts “Movimenti nel bosco” (“Movements in the woods”), an immersive weekend in the autumn beech forests of the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park. The meeting point is Villa Attiani.
The programme combines an easy trek through the beech woods, shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) led by Stefania Calzini, a hiking guide and certified forest bathing guide, and Danza Forest, mindful movement in the woods led by Silvia Dionisi, an expressive arts counsellor.
Accommodation is at Villa Attiani, which has 12 beds in four rooms, with linen, heating and firewood included. The fee, which covers activities and accommodation but not transport or meals, depends on the number of participants: from 320 euros per person with six people to 235 euros with ten.
